But my friend, you are being rational and as much as you rationalize, their counter argument will stand - "No it's not!" In which case the pink to red face you are trying to discuss common numbers is led not by numbers, but by passions and needs not be tickled but smashed! These people are lying. They think about money and their 401Ks before the children and the community. This is not about money, it is ideology. A culture of death and stupidity. A culture interested in the small details and without accountability.
Just at a time when more schools are reaching out and creating collaborations, giving their students more, this backwater of the mountains is slowly slipping. Let these troglodytes fall into the muck of the Esopus never to raise again. Perhaps next time they come out, they'll have brains to go with those thumbs.
